Karin Wanngård
Karin Björnsdotter Wanngård (born 29 June 1975), is a Swedish politician who has served as mayor of Stockholm since 2022 and who previously served in that capactiy from 2014 to 2018. She is a member of the Social Democrats, and has been city councillor of Stockholm Municipality since 1994. Wanngård was appointed leader of the Social Democrats in Stockholm Municipality in 2011, and served as the city's leader of the opposition until 2014. The Left Party ( sv, Vänsterpartiet ; V) is a socialist political party in Sweden. On economic issues, the party opposes privatizations and advocates increased public expenditure. In foreign policy, the party is Eurosceptic, being opposed to the European Union, NATO, and Swedish entry into the eurozone. It attempted to get Sweden to join the Non-Aligned Movement in 1980, but did not succeed. The party is eco-socialist, and also supports anti-racism, feminism, and republicanism. It is placed on the left-wing of the political spectrum. Feminist Initiative (Sweden)
Feminist Initiative ( sv, Feministiskt initiativ; abbreviated FI, Fi, or F!) is a feminist political party in Sweden. The party was formed in 2005 from a pressure group of the same name, and has since taken part in every election to the Riksdag and the European Parliament. The party won its first elected representative in 2014, with Soraya Post taking one seat in the European Parliament.
