Kappa Pi Kappa
Kappa Pi Kappa (), also known as Pi Kap and formerly known as Tri-Kap, Kappa Chi Kappa, and Kappa Kappa Kappa, is a local men's fraternity at Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire. The fraternity was founded in 1842 and is the second-oldest fraternity at Dartmouth College. Pi Kap is the oldest local fraternity in the United States. Irving Webster Drew
Irving Webster Drew (January 8, 1845April 10, 1922) was a United States senator from New Hampshire. Born in Colebrook, he attended Kimball Union Academy and graduated from Dartmouth College in 1870. He moved to Lancaster, New Hampshire, where he studied law, and was admitted to the bar in 1871 and commenced practice in Lancaster. He was appointed major of the New Hampshire National Guard in 1876 and served three years. In 1883-1884 he was a member of the New Hampshire Senate. He left the Democratic Party in 1896 and became a member of the Republican Party. In 1899, he was president of the New Hampshire Bar Association. He was a delegate to the State constitutional conventions in 1902 and 1912, and engaged in banking and the railroad business. Paul Donnelly Paganucci (April 18, 1931 – February 26, 2001) was a prominent American investment banker, university educator, college financial administrator and businessman. Early life and education Paganucci was born in Waterville, Maine to Romeo J. and Martha (Donnelly) Paganucci. Samuel Walker McCall (February 28, 1851 – November 4, 1923) was a Republican lawyer, politician, and writer from Massachusetts. He was for twenty years (1893–1913) a member of the United States House of Representatives, and the 47th Governor of Massachusetts, serving three one-year terms (1916–19). He was a moderately progressive Republican who sought to counteract the influence of money in politics. Dominic Gerald Lowery (born May 27, 1956) is a former American football placekicker. In his career he played for the New England Patriots, Kansas City Chiefs, and New York Jets. He played in college at Dartmouth College. Lowery was selected to the Pro Bowl three times and when he retired was ranked first in field goal percentage and also had the most field goals in NFL history. he was 16th on the National Football League's list of all-time scoring leaders, and is the Chiefs' all-time leading scorer, with 1,466 points in his 14 seasons with the club. Winfield Scott Hammond (November 17, 1863December 30, 1915) was an American politician. He was a member of the Democratic Party. Biography Hammond was born in 1863 in Southborough, Massachusetts, the son of Ellen P. (Panton) and John Washington Hammond. His mother was born in England. He served from Minnesota in the United States House of Representatives in the 60th, 61st, 62nd, and 63rd congresses from March 4, 1907, to January 6, 1915. He was the 18th Governor of Minnesota from January 5, 1915, until his death December 30, 1915. Hammond is just one of four Minnesota Democrats to win a gubernatorial election with a Democrat in the White House. He was the second governor of Minnesota to die in office.
