Kanigiri (Assembly Constituency)
Kanigiri Assembly constituency is a constituency in Prakasham district of Andhra Pradesh that elects representatives to the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly in India. It is one of the seven assembly segments of the Ongole Lok Sabha constituency. Burra Madhu Sudhan Yadav ia the current Member of the Legislative Assembly (India), MLA of the constituency, having won the 2019 Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly election from YSR Congress Party. As of 2019, there are a total of 231,881 electors in the constituency. The constituency was established in 1951, as per the ''Delimitation Orders (1951)''. Burra Madhu Sudhan Yadav
Burra Madhusudan Yadav (born 15 May 1972) is an Indian politician and a general contractor from the state of Andhra Pradesh. He was elected as the Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) to the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly from Kanigiri Assembly constituency on behalf of YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) in 2019. Personal life Yadav was born on 15 May 1972 to Burra Chinaperayya and Lakshmamma in Sivapuram, Prakasam district, Andhra Pradesh. He was educated until Intermediate education. He is married to Lakshmi and has 3 children. He resides in Kanigiri. His daughter Amrutha Bhargavi is married to Nitin Krishna, son of Kolusu Parthasarathy, MLA of Penamaluru Assembly constituency. Career Yadav is a general contractor by profession. He entered politics taking an inspiration from Y. S.
