Ilias Kanchan
Idris Ali (born 24 December 1956; known by his stage name Ilias Kanchan) is a Bangladeshi actor and activist. He appeared in more than 350 films during the 1980s and 1990s. He earned Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Actor for his role in the film '' Parineeta'' (1986) and Best Supporting Actor for '' Shasti'' (2005). He is a road safety activist in Bangladesh. He was awarded Ekushey Padak for his social service by the Government of Bangladesh in 2018. He is the current President of Bangladesh Film Artists' Association. Laxmichand "Babla" Virji Shah and Kumari Kanchan Dinkarrao Mali-Shah were an Indian husband-wife musical group best known for work in the chutney music and Desi Folk music genres. They performed together for forty years until Kanchan died in 2004. Babla Shah is the younger brother of famous music director duo Kalyanji Anandji. Kanchan Chaudhary Bhattacharya (c. 1947 - 26 August 2019) was the second woman officer in Indian Police Service, Indian Police Service (IPS) in India, the first being Kiran Bedi. A 1973 batch IPS officer, she was the first woman to become Director General of Police of a state and retired on 31 October 2007 after 33 years of service. Maharani Kanchan Prava Devi was a Queen of Tripura as the wife of Bir Bikram Kishore Debbarma, King of Tripura State. After her husband's death in 1947, she was regent of Tripura until it was merged with India in 1949. Life She was the daughter of Maharaja Yadvendra Singh. The armour got its name from Kanchan Bagh, Hyderabad, Telangana, where the Defence Metallurgical Research Laboratory (DMRL) is located. Although the construction details of the armour remain a secret, it has been described as being made by sandwiching composite panels between rolled homogeneous armour (RHA). The number of layers may vary based on the user requirements.
