Kamrul Ahsan
Kamrul Ahsan is a Bangladeshi diplomat. He is currently serving as his country's Ambassador to the Russian Federation. He is also concurrently accredited as the Ambassador of Bangladesh to the Republic of Belarus and Kazakhstan. Before joining in his position in Moscow, he served as Secretary for Bilateral and Consular Affairs in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bangladesh. Ahsan also served as his country's envoy to Canada and Singapore. He was High Commissioner to Canada from September 2012 to May 2016. In Singapore, he served as High Commissioner from August 2007 to August 2012. He was concurrently accredited as Bangladesh Ambassador to Argentina, Cuba, Venezuela and Jamaica from 2012 to 2016 with residence in Ottawa. Kamrul Hasan Bhuiyan
Qamrul Hassan Bhuiyan (24 July 1952 – 6 August 2018) was a Bangladeshi Major in the Bangladesh Army. He was a freedom fighter, liberation war researcher and writer. He was the founder chairman of Center for Liberation War Studies. He received Bangla Academy Award in the year 2018 for his contribution to the liberation war literature. Early life and education Bhuiyan was born on 24 July 1952 in Comilla district. He studied at Jessore Zilla School and Jhenaidah Cadet College. He graduated in China in 1983 from Beijing Language and Culture University. Career Bhuiyan was a HSC examinee in 1971. When the Bangladesh Liberation War started, he joined the war. Kamrul Hasan
Quamrul Hassan (, 1921–1988) was a Bengali artist. Hassan is referred to in Bangladesh as Potua, a word usually associated with folk artists, due to his down to earth style yet very modern in nature as he always added Cubism other than the folk style to his artworks. In addition to his artistic legacy, two of Hassan's work have come to be part of Bangladesh's political history. The first of this is a monstrous rendition of Yahya Khan, the Pakistani president who ordered genocide in Bangladesh. The second was just before his death, mocking the then dictator of Bangladesh, Hossain Mohammad Ershad.
