Kamila Lićwinko
Kamila Lićwinko (née Stepaniuk; born 22 March 1986) is a Polish retired track and field athlete who specialized in the high jump. International Her personal bests in the event are 1.99 metres outdoors (2013, 2015, 2016) and 2.02 metres indoors (2015). Both are current Polish national records. She won the gold medal at the 2014 World Indoor Championship ex aequo with Mariya Kuchina. In 2015, the Pole finished 4th at the World Championships with a 1.99 m's jump, equalling her own-shared national record. Mariya Kuchina of Russia took the gold (2.01 m), Croatia's Blanka Vlasic the silver (2.01 m) and Kuchina's compatriot Anna Chicherova the bronze (2.01 m). In March 2016, she could not retain her world indoor title, taking the bronze medal on countback in Portland behind Vashti Cunningham (gold) and Ruth Beitia (silver). 2021 European Team Championships
The 2021 European Athletics Team Championships was held in four cities, on 29–30 May (Super League) and on 19–20 June 2021. For the very first time, the ETC was not held on the same weekend for all leagues. At the European Athletics Team Championships medals are not awarded in individual events. Grouping and host cities It had been decided in 2018 that, starting in 2021, a new system would be introduced for grouping teams in the ETC. This would aim to have 8 teams in the Super League (plus the host country if it had not already qualified), 12 teams in the First and Second Leagues, and all the remaining teams in the Third League. Anna Vladimirovna Chicherova (russian: Анна Владимировна Чичерова; born 22 July 1982) is a Russian high jumper. She was the gold medalist at the 2012 London Olympics and the 2011 World Championships in Athletics and originally was awarded a bronze medal in the event at the 2008 Summer Olympics. She was also runner-up at the World Championships in 2007 and 2013, as well as the bronze medalist in 2015. In May 2016, it was reported that a retest of samples from the 2008 Games had found 31 positive findings for performance-enhancing drugs. One of those positive tests was admitted by her coach to belong to Chicherova. On 6 October 2016, the IOC confirmed that Chicherova had failed a doping test, due to the presence of turinabol in her 2008 sample, and stripped her of her bronze medal. The 2013 Summer Universiade, officially known as the XXVII Summer Universiade (russian: XXVII Летняя Универсиада), was held in the city of Kazan, Russia, the most northerly city ever to host a Summer Universiade. Over 10,400 university athletes from 162 countries participated in 13 mandatory and 14 optional sports, making the 2013 Universiade the biggest ever in the history of the event. The Universiade is an international multi-sport event, organized for university athletes by the International University Sports Federation (FISU). The name is a portmanteau of the words "University" and "Olympiad".
