Kameraflage
Kameraflage is a patented (US Patent #8,531,308) context-sensitive display technology developed by Connor Dickie. It adds a second camera-specific layer of information to scenes which are invisible to the human eye, but will register in the silicon chips found in digital cameras. Since digital cameras receive a broader spectrum of light than human eyes, the technology is invisible to the naked eye. One example of its use is subtitling in films: the subtitles can be rendered viewable only when using the viewfinder of a digital camera, allowing the subtitles to be optionally viewed by the audience. The technology was demonstrated at the 2006 Paris Fashion Week, worn by model Anina. It was also shown at the 2007 ACM SIGGRAPH Unravel fashion show in San Diego, California, and at the 2011 CES Technology Fashion show. Subtitling
Subtitles and captions are lines of dialogue or other text displayed at the bottom of the screen in films, television programs, video games or other visual media. They can be transcriptions of the screenplay, translations of it, or information to help viewers who are deaf or hard-of-hearing understand what is shown. Subtitles refer to a text translation of audio into a different language and are for people who can hear the audio, but may not be able to understand the dialogue. Captions are text in the language of the audio and are designed for anyone unable to hear the audio, they often also contain important sounds that would be unavailable for anyone unable to hear the audio. Open captions are "burnt" into the video and will therefore always be visible, while closed captions (CC) can be toggled on and off according to the preference of the viewer. A digital camera is a camera that captures photographs in digital memory. Most cameras produced today are digital, largely replacing those that capture images on photographic film. Paris Fashion Week
Paris Fashion Week (french: Semaine de la mode de Paris) is a series of designer presentations held semiannually in Paris, France with spring/summer and autumn/winter events held each year. Dates are determined by the French Fashion Federation. Paris Fashion Week is held at venues throughout the city. In addition to ready-to-wear shows, there are men's and haute couture shows, which are held semiannually for the spring/summer and autumn/winter seasons. Also, every year, famous brands like Dior, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Kenzo, Givenchy, and Céline host their shows in historical places such as the Carrousel du Louvre and the Grand Palais. Anina, also known by the pseudonym Anina.net, is an American-born German international fashion model, conference speaker, blogger, fashion technology innovator, wearables developer, and event producer. She is listed as #7 in the Top 100 Women in Wearable and Consumer Tech. Anina is the CEO and founder of 360Fashion Network. Anina evolved from a model to a fashion industry pioneer when she developed Intel Curie-powered shape-shifting robot dresses showcased on ABC7News. Anina went on to develop for Intel the 360Fashion Network's smart gloves worn by 162 dancers on CCTV's Chinese New Year Festival Gala show, "Spring Wind" performance.
