Kamensky District (russian: Ка́менский райо́н) is an administrativeLaw #28-ZS and municipalLaw #41-ZS district (raion), one of the fifty-nine in Altai Krai, Russia. It is located in the north of the krai and borders Krutikhinsky and Suzunsky Districts of Novosibirsk Oblast in the north, Shelabolikhinsky District in the east, Bayevsky and Tyumentsevsky Districts in the south, and Pankrushikhinsky District in the west. In meteorology, precipitation is any product of the condensation of atmospheric water vapor that falls under gravitational pull from clouds. Chernozem (from rus, чернозём, p=tɕɪrnɐˈzʲɵm, r=chernozyom; "black ground"), also called black soil, is a black-colored soil containing a high percentage of humus (4% to 16%) and high percentages of phosphorus and ammonia compounds.
