Kalle Kurg (born 25 May 1942 in Tartu) is an Estonian poet, writer, critic, translator and editor. As a versatile figure in Estonian culture, he has also published caricatures and worked as a theatre director. Life Kalle Kurg studied Estonian Philology at the University of Tartu (1961–1966) and soon became the Art Director of a nature publication called ''Eesti Loodus'' (Estonian Nature). Soon after he joined Eesti Televisioon (Estonian Television) as the Senior Director of art programs. In 1971 Kalle went on to work for a leading literary magazine first published in 1923 ''Looming'' (Creativity), of which he became Editor-in-Chief in May 1976. Kalle Kulbok (born 3 April 1956 in Tallinn) is an Estonian politician. Education Kulbok attended the Nõo Gymnasium and achieved good results on national olympiads of mathematics. By his skills, he could have qualified for the all-Union olympiad of mathematics; however, due to his displayed lack of respect for Soviet politics, he was never selected for that round. Politics In 1992–1995, Kulbok belonged to Riigikogu as a member of the Independent Royalist Party of Estonia. Kalle Könkkölä Kalle Kustaa Topias Könkkölä (16 January 1950 – 11 September 2018) was a Finnish politician and human rights activist. He was one of the two first Green members of the Finnish Parliament, from 1983 to 1987, even before the Green League became a political party. He was the first chairperson of the Green League and the first Finnish MP with a disability. Könkkölä was born in Helsinki, and was physically disabled from birth. He was the executive director of the Threshold Association, a cross-disability organization which campaigns for the basic and human rights of persons with disabilities, including accessibility. Kalle Kiik (born 10 February 1963) is an Estonian chess player, who won the Estonian Chess Championship. He was awarded the International Master title in 1993. Biography Kiik was born in Paide, the son of Estonian chess coach Jakob Kiik (12.05.1924—15.01.2014). In 1981 Kalle Kiik graduated from secondary school in Rakvere and in 1986 he graduated from University of Tartu with a chess coach degree. In 1981 Kiik won the Estonian Junior Chess Championship. Kalle Keituri (born 25 April 1984) is a Finnish former ski jumper who competed from 2002 to 2014. He debuted in the Continental Cup in 2002 after winning a bronze medal at the 2002 Junior World Championship in Schonach. On 1 March 2002 he made his World Cup debut in Lahti, finishing 19th and gaining 12 points; his overall position at the end of the season was 66th. In the following season he finished 26th in Lahti. Kalle Katajisto (born 24 April 1991) is a Finnish former motorcycle speedway rider. Career Katajisto was a member of the Finnish national team. Kalle Käsper (born 1952 in Tallinn) is an Estonian writer. Biography Käsper was the husband of Armenian writer Gohar Markosjan-Käsper. Notable works by Käsper include "Buridanid", "Taani prints Hamlet, nuhk" (''Hamlet, Prince of Denmark, a Spy''). He has co-authored the screenplay of " Jüri Rumm", a popular Estonian film (of 1994).
