Central constituency (No.98) (russian: Центральный) is a Russian legislative constituency in Kaliningrad Oblast. Between 1993 and 2007 Kaliningrad Oblast had only one constituency, but population growth provided the oblast with second constituency. Rodina (political Party)
The All-Russian Political Party "Rodina" (russian: Всероссийская политическая партия «Родина», Vserossiyskaya politicheskaya partiya "Rodina") is a nationalist political party in Russia. It was a coalition of thirty nationalist groups that was established by Dmitry Rogozin,Bryant, Jordan"Rodina" School of Russian and Asian Studies. Sergey Glazyev, Sergey Baburin, Viktor Gerashchenko, Georgy Shpak, Valentin Varennikov and others in August 2003. The party's ideology combines "patriotism, nationalism, and a greater role for the government in the economy", and is described as pro-Kremlin. Its headquarters is located in Moscow. In the 2003 legislative elections, Rodina won 9.02% of the vote and ended up with 37 of the 450 seats in the State Duma. In the 2016 elections, it won 1.51% of the vote and ended up with one seat.
