Kaleed Rasheed
Kaleed Rasheed (born June 15, 1982) is a Canadian politician who has served as the minister of public and business service delivery for Ontario since June 24, 2022. A member of the Progressive Conservative (PC) Party, he has represented Mississauga East—Cooksville in the Legislative Assembly of Ontario since 2018. He joined Premier Doug Ford's government as the associate minister of digital government in 2019. Early life, education and career Rasheed was born in Pakistan in 1982 and moved to Canada as a young adult. Rasheed studied at the University of Guelph-Humber Business Program and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in 2009. Shortly after, he moved to the U.K. to earn his Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Bradford before joining BlackBerry as an Enterprise Account Executive. The 2018 Ontario general election was held on June 7, 2018, to elect the 124 members of the 42nd Parliament of Ontario. 2022 Ontario General Election
The 2022 Ontario general election will be held on or before June 2, 2022, to elect Members of Provincial Parliament to serve in the 43rd Parliament of Ontario. As of December 2016, Ontario elections are held on the first Thursday in June in the fourth calendar year following the previous general election. A vaccine passport or proof of vaccination is an immunity passport employed as a credential in countries and jurisdictions as part of efforts to control the COVID-19 pandemic via vaccination. A vaccine passport is typically issued by a government or health authority, and usually consists of a digital or printed record. Some credentials may include a scannable QR code, which can also be provisioned via mobile app. It may or may not use a COVID-19 vaccine card as a basis of authentication.
