Kalawa People
The Alawa people are an Indigenous Australians, Indigenous Australian people from Arnhem Land in the Northern Territory, Australia. The suburb of Alawa, Northern Territory, Alawa in the Darwin, Northern Territory, Darwin's north, is named in their honour. Language The Alawa language is a Pama-Nyungan languages, non Pama-Nyungan language, classified by Jeffrey Heath as one of three of a subgroup, together with Marra language, Marra and Warndarang language, Warndarang, though this is now contested. It had only 18 speakers in a report dated 1991 (''Ethnologue''). That number was reduced to 12 by 2013. Calau
Calau (, dsb, Kalawa) is a small town in the Oberspreewald-Lausitz district, in southern Brandenburg, Germany. It is situated 14 km south of Lübbenau, and 27 km west of Cottbus. Calau is also called the home of the Kalauer. Geography The Town of Calau is situated in the middle of Lower Lusatia, about 27 km west of Cottbus at the eastern edge of the Lower Lusatian Ridge Nature Park as well as at the southern edge of the famous Spree Forest. The area around Calau is strongly characterized by former lignite mining sites, which are valuable retreat areas for animals and plants nowadays. Many places are left to nature after recultivation, The Heinz Sielmann Foundation adopted numerous areas, others are managed near-natural and sustainably by the state forest administration. Makueni County
Makueni County (formerly Makueni District) is a county in the former Eastern Province of Kenya. Its capital and largest town is Wote. The county has a population of 987,653 (2019 census). The county lies between Latitude 1° 35' and 2° 59' South and Longitude 37° 10' and 38° 30' East. It borders Machakos to the North, Kitui to the East, Taita Taveta to the South and Kajiado to the West and covers an area of 8,008.9 km2. Kaława
Kaława (german: Kalau) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Międzyrzecz, within Międzyrzecz County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland. Geography The village lies approximately south-west of Międzyrzecz, south-east of Gorzów Wielkopolski, and north of Zielona Góra. It is located on National road 3, a component of European route E65, which today is upgraded as the Expressway S3 bypass road. History The village in Greater Poland near the border with Brandenburg was mentioned in 1257 as a property of the Cistercian abbey of Gościkowo.
