Hee Loy Sian
Hee Loy Sian (; born 18 June 1970) is a Malaysian politician who has served as Member of the Selangor State Executive Council (EXCO) and Member of the Selangor State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Kajang since May 2018. He served as Member of Parliament (MP) for Petaling Jaya Selatan from March 2008 to May 2018. Tan Seng Giaw (; born 26 May 1942) is a veteran Malaysian from the Democratic Action Party (DAP). Background He was born on 26 May 1942 in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. After attending Primary and High School in Kelantan and Penang respectively, he furthered his education at Plymouth College and Leeds University, England.
