Kaitlyn Weaver
Kaitlyn Elizabeth Weaver (born April 12, 1989) is an American-Canadian ice dancer. With partner Andrew Poje, she is a three-time World Figure Skating Championships, World medalist (2014 World Figure Skating Championships, 2014 silver, 2015 World Figure Skating Championships, 2015 and 2018 World Figure Skating Championships, 2018 bronze), a two-time Four Continents Figure Skating Championships, Four Continents champion (2010, 2015), a two-time Grand Prix of Figure Skating Final, Grand Prix Final champion (2014–15, 2015–16), and a three-time Canadian Figure Skating Championships, Canadian national champion (2015, 2016, 2019). Personal life Kaitlyn Weaver was born in Houston, Texas on April 12, 1989. She is of Norwegians, Norwegian, Irish people, Irish, Welsh people, Welsh, and Germans, German descent. 2019 Four Continents Figure Skating Championships
The 2019 Four Continents Figure Skating Championships were held on February 7–10, 2019 in Anaheim, California, United States. Held annually since 1999, the competition featured skaters from the Americas, Asia, Africa, and Oceania. Medals were awarded in Single skating, men's singles, Single skating, ladies' singles, pair skating, and ice dancing. Qualification This competition is open to skaters from all non-European International figure skating, member nations of the International Skating Union. The corresponding competition for European skaters is the 2019 European Figure Skating Championships. Skaters are eligible for the event if they reached the age of 15 before July 1, 2018. Each national federation is permitted three entries for each discipline and may choose skaters based on their own criteria, as long as the selected skaters have attained the minimum technical elements scores (TES) in accordance with ISU regulations.
