Kaine Parker
Kaine Parker is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character has been depicted as a superhero and former supervillain who serves as an ally, an enemy, and foil to Peter Parker / Spider-Man and Ben Reilly. Created by Terry Kavanagh and Steven Butler, the character first appeared in ''Web of Spider-Man'' #119 (December 1994) as the Jackal's first failed attempt of a clone of Spider-Man. He later appeared as the new Scarlet Spider in the ''Marvel Point One'' one-shot in November 2011 before starring in his own series. Kaine Parker / Scarlet Spider will make his cinematic debut in the 2023 feature film '' Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse''. ''Scarlet Spider'' is the title of two comic book series published by Marvel Comics about two Clone Saga, clones of Spider-Man while they functioned as the then-current version of the Scarlet Spider. The first volume lasted only two issues as a brief temporary replacement of the ''Peter Parker: Spider-Man, Spider-Man'' series and was published in 1995 in comics, 1995. Glenn Greenberg
Glenn Greenberg (born New York City) is an American journalist and comic book and fiction writer. At the beginning of his career, he became a regular Marvel Comics writer, penning stories for ''The Spectacular Spider-Man'', ''The Rampaging Hulk'', ''The Silver Surfer'', and ''Dracula (Marvel Comics), Dracula''. The Jackal is an alias used by several supervillain, supervillains appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics, usually depicted as List of Spider-Man enemies, enemies of the superhero Spider-Man. The original and best known incarnation Miles Warren was originally introduced in ''The Amazing Spider-Man'' #31 (December 1965) as a professor at the fictional Empire State University. Ben Reilly
Benjamin "Ben" Reilly (), also known as the Scarlet Spider, is a fictional superhero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Grown in a lab by the Miles Warren / Jackal, he is a clone of Peter Parker / Spider-Man tasked with fighting the hero but instead becoming an ally, later even regarded as a "brother". Created by writer Gerry Conway, the character first appeared in ''The Amazing Spider-Man'' #149 (October 1975) and is seemingly killed in the same issue.
