Kailer Yamamoto
Kailer Yamamoto (born September 29, 1998) is an American professional ice hockey right winger for the Seattle Kraken of the National Hockey League (NHL). He was selected in the first round, 22nd overall, by the Edmonton Oilers in the 2017 NHL Entry Draft. Playing career Junior Yamamoto played in the 2011 Quebec International Pee-Wee Hockey Tournament with the Los Angeles Selects minor ice hockey team. He later played for the Los Angeles Jr. Kings of the Tier 1 Elite Hockey League. Yamamoto had racked up 40 points in only 34 games. He would then go on to play in the Western Hockey League. Yamamoto was selected in the fifth round, 105th overall in the 2013 WHL Bantam Draft by his hometown team, the Spokane Chiefs. In his rookie season with the Chiefs, in 2014–15, he posted 23 goals and 57 points in 68 games. He was a top scorer at the 2015 Ivan Hlinka Memorial Tournament for Team USA. Seattle Kraken
The Seattle Kraken are a professional ice hockey team based in Seattle. The Kraken compete in the National Hockey League (NHL) as a member of the Pacific Division in the Western Conference and began play during the league's 2021–22 season. They play their home games at Climate Pledge Arena. In December 2018, the NHL approved a proposal by Seattle Hockey Partners to grant an expansion franchise to the city of Seattle. In July 2020, the Kraken's name and branding were revealed. The Kraken are the first professional hockey team to play in Seattle since the Seattle Totems of the Western Hockey League played their last game in 1975, and the first Seattle hockey team to compete for the Stanley Cup since the Seattle Metropolitans, who won the Cup in 1917 and folded in 1924. Adam Larsson
Nils Erik Adam Larsson (born 12 November 1992) is a Swedish professional ice hockey defenceman and alternate captain for the Seattle Kraken of the National Hockey League (NHL). He was selected fourth overall by the New Jersey Devils in the 2011 NHL Entry Draft. The youngest player on the Skellefteå AIK squad at the time of his draft, Larsson was the first defenceman and first European-trained player to be drafted in 2011. Professional career Skellefteå AIK (2009–2011) The 2009–10 Elitserien season turned out to be a spectacular breakthrough season for Larsson. He scored two goals in an Elitserien game against Timrå IK on 15 October 2009.
