''Kahit Konting Pagtingin'' () is a 1990 romantic action film directed by Pablo Santiago and starring Fernando Poe Jr. and Sharon Cuneta. It also stars Ricky Davao, Bing Loyzaga, Paquito Diaz, Dencio Padilla, Subas Herrero, Lucita Soriano, Bert Olivar, and Romeo Rivera. The plot revolves around Georgia, a spoiled heiress, and her humble bodyguard Delfin. Vicente del Rosario Jr. (born October 26, 1945) is a Filipino businessman who co-founded the music publishing company Vicor Music in 1966 and the entertainment company Viva Communications in 1981. Career Vicor Music Del Rosario co-founded Vicor Music with his cousin Orly Ilacad in 1966, which was later incorporated in 1969. The Luna Awards are awards given annually by the Film Academy of the Philippines (FAP) to recognize the outstanding achievements of the Filipino film industry.
