Kaden Hopkins
Kaden Hopkins (born 24 March 2000) is a Bermudian racing cyclist, who currently rides for French amateur team Vendée U. Career Riding at the 2021 Junior Pan American Games Hopkins rode in both the Road race and Time trial. He finished 30th in the road race but won the silver medal coming second in the time trial only losing out on gold by 4 seconds. In December 2021 Hopkins re-signed for his amateur squad, Equipo Essax for the 2022 season. Hopkins opened his 2022 season with a win at the Interclubs Vinalopó-Castalla, finishing 25 seconds ahead of the next rider. The 2022 Commonwealth Games were the first races of the season where Hopkins would race against professional cyclists in the Road race he finished fourteenth 3' 54" down on the winner Aaron Gate. In the Time trial he finished just outside of the top 10, in eleventh place beating former Hour record holder Daniel Bigham by four seconds.
