Kaattu Rani (1985 Film)
''Kaattu Rani'' () is a 1985 Indian Malayalam-language film, directed by A. T. Raghu and produced by Unnimary. The film stars Shankar, Unnimary, Anuradha and Sudheer in the lead roles. The film has musical score by Rajan–Nagendra. The movie is a remake of director's own Kannada movie ''Kadina Raja'' which had released in the same year and had also starred Unnimary in the lead role and had music by Rajan-Nagendra and cinematography by DV Rajaram. Unni Mary (born 12 March 1962) is an Indian actress who works mainly in Malayalam films. She has also worked in Telugu, Tamil and Kannada films, where she had used the screen name Deepa. Anuradha (born Sulochana Devi) is an Indian film and television actress. She was mainly active in the 1980s and 1990s. She was known for her item numbers. She has acted in Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu, Hindi and Oriya-language films. Career Sulochana was introduced to the film industry by director K. G. George at the age of 13. Sudheer was an Indian actor in Malayalam movies. He was a lead actor during the 1970s. He acted in more than 100 movies. His role in the movie '' Chembarathy'' in 1972 was well noted. Rajan–Nagendra
Rajan–Nagendra were an Indian musical duo who were prominent composers of film music in Kannada and Telugu cinema from the late 1950s to the early 1990s. Rajan, along with his brother Nagendra, created a niche for themselves for nearly four decades. The duo scored music for about 375 films, over 200 of them in Kannada and the remainder in other languages like Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Tulu, Hindi and Sinhala. They composed innumerable hits, hundreds of melodious tunes in their career spanning four decades. They also hold the record for the longest active musical pair in the industry. Childhood Rajan (1933–2020) and Nagendrappa (1935–2000) were born in Shivarampet of Mysore in a middle-class musical family.
