Cloroform is a Norwegian alternative rock band that formed in 1998 in Stavanger. They started out as an acoustic jazz trio, but soon went on to sound more like a rock band. ''Romances'' is a 2004 collaboration album between Faith No More vocalist Mike Patton and Norwegian singer-songwriter Kaada. The overall sound of the album was inspired by Gustav Mahler, Frédéric Chopin, Johannes Brahms and Franz Liszt Franz Liszt, in modern usage ''Liszt Ferenc'' . Liszt's Hungarian passport spelled his given name as "Ferencz".
