Reliance is a census-designated place (CDP) in Sweetwater County, Wyoming, United States. The population was 714 at the 2010 census. Geography Reliance is located at (41.664002, -109.213068). According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 4.1 square miles (10.7 km2), all land. Demographics As of the census of 2000, there were 665 people, 249 households, and 182 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 69.8 people per square mile (26.9/km2). There were 272 housing units at an average density of 28.5/sq mi (11.0/km2).
