Sidney is a city in and the county seat of Richland County, Montana, United States, less than west of the North Dakota border. The population was 6,346 at the 2020 census. The city lies along the Yellowstone River and is in proximity to the badlands of the Dakotas. Sidney is approximately midway between Glendive, Montana and Williston, North Dakota. KEYZ (660 AM broadcasting, AM) is a local radio station in Williston, North Dakota. The station broadcasts news and information, as well as classic country, classic country music 24 hours a day. KEYZ has a 5,000–watt signal that covers more than 20 counties and portions of two Canadian provinces. Additionally, it is heard in the immediate Williston area on FM translator K277DR, at 103.3 FM.
