The station serves Sioux City, Iowa, United States, and is owned by iHeartMedia (formerly Clear Channel Communications). History The station signed on the air in 1974 as KBCM. KSEZ primarily competes with Powell Broadcasting's KKMA "Classic Rock 99.5". History Edwin C. Wolff of Sioux City filed on August 13, 1960, for a construction permit to build a new FM radio station in Sioux City. South Sioux City is a city in Dakota County, Nebraska, United States. It is located immediately across the Missouri River from Sioux City, Iowa, and is part of the Sioux City, IA-NE- SD Metropolitan Statistical Area.
