LIN Media was an American holding company founded in 1994 that operated 43 television stations. All except one were affiliates of the six major U.S. television networks. One of the remaining stations was a low powered weather station in Indiana. LIN Media's chief executive officer was Vincent L. Sadusky. The KWCH 12 Tower is a 1,500 foot high guy-wired aerial mast for the transmission of TV programs and formerly FM in rural Reno County, Kansas, United States. Banks Broadcasting was a minority-owned broadcasting company which owned two television stations in the western United States. 50% of the company was owned by LIN TV, a large group broadcaster with clusters in the Northeast and Midwest and scattered stations elsewhere.
