KLBK-TV (channel 13) is a television station in Lubbock, Texas, United States, affiliated with CBS. Smith, who founded the company in 1996 and died in 2011. Christian Television Network (CTN) is a non-profit broadcast television network of small owned-and-operated stations (O&O) that broadcasts religious programming.
