KK Kvarner Rijeka
KK Kvarner was a professional basketball club based in Rijeka, Croatia. History KK Kvarner was founded in 1946 in Rijeka and in its history has changed several names for sponsored reasons like KK Istravino, KK Croatia Line Rijeka, KK Sava Osiguranje Rijeka, KK Triglav Osiguranje Rijeka, since 2009. The club also performed under the name KK Kvarner Novi Resort. The club played one season (2001/02) in the Adriatic League. Due to the cancellation of the onset of the second division Croatian 'score for abortion in the season 2008 / 09th and accumulated debts 2009th club is shut down. KK Kvarner 2010 was founded in 2010 as a club's spiritual successor. Davor Kus (born July 21, 1978) is a Croatian former professional basketball player. His natural position was point guard, although he can also feature as a shooting guard. Player profile Kus is known for his technical proficiency, precise passing and accurate jump shot. Goran Vrbanc (born October 8, 1984) is a Croatian professional basketball player who last played for Apollon Patras of the Greek A2 League. Career Vrbanc debuted with the Croatian basketball club KK Rijeka in 2003. In 2006, he moved to Croatian powerhouse Cibona Zagreb, then to the Bosnian Široki Eronet, and finally back to Croatian KK Cibona and KK Zadar. Ottone Olivieri, also credited as Otone Olivijeri, was an Italian-Yugoslav basketball player. He represented the Yugoslavia national basketball team internationally. Aramis Naglić (born 28 August 1965) is a Croatian professional basketball coach and former player who is the head coach for Vienna of the Austrian League.
