KK Borac Čačak
Košarkaški klub Borac Čačak ( sr-cyr, Кошаркашки клуб Борац Чачак), commonly referred to as KK Borac Čačak or as Borac Mozzart due to sponsorship reasons, is a men's professional basketball club based in Čačak, Serbia. The club plays in the Adriatic League and the Basketball League of Serbia. Their home arena is the Borac Hall. History 1945–1992 Borac was a member of the Yugoslav First Federal League since the 1952 season. Players that grew up in this club were Radmilo Mišović ( top scorer player of first division in the seventies), Dragan Kićanović, Radivoj Živković, Željko Obradović, and many other players who have left a significant mark on the basketball area of European, Yugoslav and Serbian basketball. The Basketball League of Serbia ( sr, Кошаркашка лига Србије, Košarkaška liga Srbije; abbr. КЛС or KLS), is a top-tier men's professional basketball league in Serbia. Founded in 2006, it is run by the Basketball Federation of Serbia (KSS). Rules Competition format The league, operated by the Basketball Federation of Serbia, consists of two stages: the First League which has 16 teams and the SuperLeague which has 8 teams. Želimir "Željko" Obradović ( sr-cyr, Желимир "Жељко" Обрадовић, ; born 9 March 1960) is a Serbian professional basketball coach and former player who is currently the head coach for KK Partizan, Partizan of the ABA League, ABA League, the Basketball League of Serbia and the EuroCup Basketball, EuroCup. Obradović has won 63 club titles and honours in his entire coaching career, including nine EuroLeague titles with five different clubs, and has also made 18 EuroLeague Final Four appearances, during his coaching career. The ABA League Second Division, also ABA League 2, is the 2nd-tier men's basketball division of the ABA League system. It is run by the ABA League JTD. It is a regional competition between men's professional clubs from six countries: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, and Slovenia. The Yugoslav Basketball Cup ( sh, Kup Jugoslavije u košarci / ) was the men's national basketball cup of Yugoslavia between its inauguration 1959 and 2002. It was held in the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia between 1959 and 1991 and in the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia between 1992 and 2002. YUBA League
The YUBA League was the top-tier men's professional basketball league in Serbia and Montenegro (previously FR Yugoslavia). Founded in 1992 and folded in 2006, it was run by the Basketball Federation of Serbia and Montenegro. The name ''YUBA League'' (Yugoslav Basketball Association League) was used in Serbia and Montenegro until 2005. It consisted of the first-stage "First League", and the second-stage "Super League", with each having their own men's and women's divisions.
