KIIT-CD
KIIT-CD (channel 11) is a low-power, Class A television station in North Platte, Nebraska, United States, affiliated with the Fox network. It is owned by Gray Television alongside NBC affiliate KNOP-TV (channel 2) and low-power CBS affiliate KNPL-LD (channel 10). The three stations share studios on South Dewey Street in downtown North Platte; KIIT-CD's transmitter is located on US 83 in the northern part of the city; master control and some internal operations are based at the studios of co-owned KOLN in Lincoln. Although KIIT broadcasts a digital signal, it is limited to the immediate North Platte area. It is therefore simulcast in high definition on KNOP's second digital subchannel. KCWH-LD (channel 18) is a low-power television station in Lincoln, Nebraska, United States, affiliated with The CW Plus. It is owned by Gray Television alongside CBS affiliate KOLN (channel 10) and its semi-satellite KGIN (channel 11) in Grand Island, and York-licensed NBC affiliate KSNB-TV, channel 4 (which are simulcast on KGIN's second digital subchannels). KNHL
KNHL (channel 5) is a television station licensed to Hastings, Nebraska, United States, affiliated with The CW Plus. It is a full-power satellite of Lincoln-based KCWH-LD (channel 18) which is owned by Gray Television. As KHAS-TV, it formerly served as the NBC affiliate for the western side of the Lincoln–Hastings– Kearney market. Hoak Media
Hoak Media Corporation was a broadcast media company based in Dallas, Texas. Hoak once owned eighteen television stations (including satellites), all in medium and small-markets, mostly in the Great Plains states and Colorado. Hoak Media was established in August 2003. On November 20, 2013, Gray Television announced that it would purchase Hoak Media and Parker Broadcasting, excluding KREX (and its satellites), KFQX and WMBB (which could not be sold to Gray as it already owned stations in the markets affected), and as well as KAUZ-TV.
