KYSX is a commercial radio station licensed to Billings, Montana, United States, broadcasting on 105.1 FM. It was owned by BMG Billings, LLC, but is now owned by Radio Billings, LLC. History Prior to December 2, 2008, it was an adult hits station known as "Bill FM". It was launched on May 15, 1998 as adult album alternative Classic Hits 105-1 KBEX. Nielsen Audio (formerly Arbitron) is a consumer research company in the United States that collects listener data on radio broadcasting audiences. It was founded as the American Research Bureau by Jim Seiler in 1949 and became national by merging with Los Angeles-based Coffin, Cooper, and Clay in the early 1950s.
