African Unification Front
The African Unification Front (AUF) is an organisation aiming to promote the political, social and economic union of Africa. History AUF was formed in August 1996. The AUF advocates for transformation of Africa into a federation, with the Pan African Parliament as the highest government, overseeing key institutions including a single currency, and one all-African army. The AUF promoted the creation of the African Union in the mid-1990s and continues to advocate for an end to neocolonialism. It has also been active in campaigns against abuses by the diamond industry, weapons traders, and unfair terms of trade in the coffee industry. AMX-30 AuF1
The AMX-30 AuF1 is a French self-propelled gun vehicle currently in use by the armies of France and Saudi Arabia. It replaced the former Mk F3 155mm in French Army service. The AuF1 primary advance is that it incorporates full armor and nuclear-biological-chemical (NBC) protection for its crew of four, while the former Mk F3 155mm offered no protection and could carry only two of its four crew members. The AuF1 saw combat with the Iraqi Army in the Iran–Iraq War. History Though the French Mk F3 155mm would remain in production through the 1980s, by the early 1970s the French Army realized there was an urgent need for its replacement. AUF1 is an Austrian far-right channel. It was founded in June 2021 by Stephan Magnet and has an audience in Austria and Germany. The channel promotes conspiracy theories and misinformation. In 2022, the Austrian media authority initiated proceedings against AUF1. History The main personnel of AUF1 had far-right activist backgrounds. AUF1 boss Stephan Magnet was a manager at the (BfJ), a right-wing extremist youth organization from Austria. Andreas Retschitzegger, the program manager for Germany, is also a former BfJ squad who was also active in the FPÖ youth organization . Stefan Magnet founded the channel during the COVID-19 pandemic.
