Kyle Miyata Larson (born July 31, 1992) is an American professional auto racing driver. He competes full-time in the NASCAR Cup Series, driving the No. 5 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 for Hendrick Motorsports. Larson is the 2021 NASCAR Cup Series champion, the 2012 NASCAR K&N Pro Series East champion and Rookie of the Year, the 2013 NASCAR Nationwide Series Rookie of the Year, and the 2014 Cup Series Rookie of the Year. Before and throughout his stock car racing career, Larson has been highly successful in dirt track racing, with wins in prestigious events including the Kings Royal, Knoxville Nationals, and Chili Bowl Nationals. He is also an overall winner of the 24 Hours of Daytona sports car race, having won the event with Chip Ganassi Racing in 2015. Kyle Larson (born September 2, 1980) is a former American football punter. He was signed by the Cincinnati Bengals as an undrafted free agent in 2004. He played college football at University of Nebraska - Lincoln. Early years Larson attended Kearney High School in Kearney, Nebraska, but is a native of Funk, Nebraska. He saw action at center, linebacker, and punter, and as a senior, he won All-State honors at punter after averaging 46.5 yards per punt. In addition to football, Larson competed in track and field. Larson was a member of Kearney High's 1999 Class A State Championship team where he placed 2nd in discus and 3rd in shot put at the Nebraska State Track Meet. __NOTOC__ Kyle Alan Larsen (January 2, 1950 – August 21, 2012) was a professional American bridge player. He won two world titles: the 2001 Bermuda Bowl in Paris and 2006 Rosenblum Cup in Verona, as well as 12 national titles and 9 runners-up. He was born in San Francisco, California – the son of two tournament bridge players – and lived in the Bay Area until his death. At the age of 15 he became the youngest ACBL Life Master at that time; when he won Reisinger Board-a-Match Teams in 1968, aged 18, he was the youngest player ever to win a major North American title. His bridge partner for many years was Rose Meltzer; together they won both world championships and five North American Bridge Championships titles.
