is the 37th single by the Japanese idol group AKB48. It was released in Japan on August 27, 2014. It was the 5th best-selling single of the year in Japan, with 1,058,059 copies. 2014 general election The lineup for the title track and supporting B-sides was determined by the results from the AKB48's 2014 general election. Mayu Watanabe of AKB48's Team B received the most votes and became the center, or headlining performer, for the single. Promotion and release The single was released in five types: Type A (two versions: regular and limited), Type K (regular and limited), Type B (regular and limited), Type D (regular and limited) and the Theater Edition. The lyrics of the song were written by Yasushi Akimoto, the music composed by Yusuke Itagaki. The full version of MV has not been released along with the single "Kibouteki Refrain", and due to the delay, was released a week later, on December 1. AKB48
AKB48 (pronounced ''A.K.B. Forty-Eight'') is a Japanese idol girl group named after the Akihabara (''Akiba'' for short) area in Tokyo, where the group's theater is located. AKB48's producer, Yasushi Akimoto, wanted to form a girl group with its own theater and performing daily so fans could always see them live (which is not the case with usual pop groups giving occasional concerts and seen on television). This "idols you can meet" concept includes teams which can rotate performances and perform simultaneously at several events and "handshake" events, where fans can meet group members. is a Japanese idol, singer, tarento and a former member of the Japanese girl idol group AKB48. She is in Team A of AKB48. She became the first of AKB48 and its sister groups. SNH48
SNH48 is a Chinese idol girl group based in Shanghai. Following AKB48's creator Yasushi Akimoto's concept of "idols you can meet", the group features dozens of female members around the age of 20, who perform regularly in the group's own theater and interact with fans predominantly via the official Pocket48/口袋48 App online and offline via theater and handshake events. Sakura Miyawaki
is a Japanese singer and actress based in South Korea. She is a member of the South Korean girl group Le Sserafim. HKT48 (read "H.K.T. Forty-eight") is a Japanese idol group produced by Yasushi Akimoto. HKT48 is named after the Hakata-ku, Fukuoka city of Fukuoka Prefecture, where Akimoto originally intended to base the group. is a Japanese singer and songwriter signed to Universal Sigma. NMB48 (read "N.M.B. Forty-eight") is a Japanese idol group that debuted in 2011 as the second sister group to AKB48, produced by Yasushi Akimoto. NMB48 is named after the Namba district in Osaka city of Osaka Prefecture, where the group is based.
