Anne Klinck
Anne Lingard Klinck (née Anne Lingard Hibbert) is a Canadian academic and writer. The focus of her work is on the classics and she is an authority on the female voice in lyric poetry. Early life She was born to British-Canadian father Sydney Hibbert as Anne Lingard Hibbert. Education Klink has a bachelor's and a master's degree from the University of Oxford. She also has a master's degree from McGill University and she also has a master's and a PhD from the University of New Brunswick. Career Klink worked at the University of New Brunswick (UNB) for eighteen years before retiring as Professor Emerita. While working at UNB she co-directed the English programs. She is an authority on the female voice in lyric poetry. Carl Klinck
Carl Frederick Klinck (March 24, 1908 – October 22, 1990) was a Canadian literary historian and academic. Born in Elmira, Ontario, he received a BA from Waterloo College (now Wilfrid Laurier University) in 1927, and a MA and PhD from Columbia University in 1929 and 1943. In 1928, he became an associate professor of English at Waterloo College, becoming head of the department in 1940. From 1943 to 1948, he was the Dean of Waterloo College. He was the editor of ''Literary History of Canada'' in 1965. In 1973, he was made an Officer of the Order of Canada. In 1978, was awarded the Royal Society of Canada's Lorne Pierce Medal. Leonard Klinck
Leonard Sylvanus Klinck (January 20, 1877 – March 27, 1969) was the second president of the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada from 1919 to 1940. Biography Leonard Klinck was born in Victoria Square, Ontario in 1877. He graduated from the Ontario Agricultural College in 1903, and received a Master of Science in Agriculture from Iowa State University in 1905. He then taught at the Macdonald College at McGill University. Klinck was appointed Dean of Agriculture in 1914.William C.
