Kim Kyung-tae (basketball)
Kim Kyung-tae ( ko, 김경태; born 2 September 1986), also known as K.T. Kim, is a South Korean professional golfer who currently plays on the and Japan Golf Tour and the Korean Tour. Career He won several tournaments as an amateur, including the 2006 Japan Amateur Championship and two events on the 2006 Korean Tour. He turned professional in late 2006 and won the 2007 Maekyung Open in his second start on the Asian Tour. In 2010, Kim won the Diamond Cup Golf, Japan Open and Mynavi ABC Championship on the Japan Golf Tour and became the first Korean golfer to lead the money list on the Tour. Kim has played in each of the four major championships, recording top-50 finishes in each, with his best being a T30 finish at the 2011 U.S. Open. 2011 Presidents Cup
The 2011 Presidents Cup was the ninth Presidents Cup, held 17–20 November in Australia at the Royal Melbourne Golf Club in Black Rock, Victoria, a suburb southeast of Melbourne. The United States team won by a score of 19 to 15 over the International team. Jim Furyk won all five of his matches. Format The first day consisted of six matches of foursomes, the second day had six matches of fourball. The third day consisted of five matches of foursomes in the morning and five matches of fourball in the afternoon. The GS Caltex Maekyung Open, as it is known for sponsorship reasons, is a professional golf tournament that takes place in Seoul, South Korea. It was established in 1982, replacing the Korea Open as the South Korean event on the Asia Golf Circuit. , also known by the nickname , is a Japanese professional golfer. Amateur career On 20 May 2007, Ishikawa became the youngest winner ever of a men's regular tournament on the Japan Golf Tour by winning the Munsingwear Open KSB Cup at the age 15 years and 8 months. He competed as an amateur and it was Ishikawa's first tour appearance. He finished one shot ahead of Japan's 9th top ranked player at the time, Katsumasa Miyamoto. The highest ranked player on the Official World Golf Ranking who took part in the event was Toru Taniguchi who finished T13, 6 shots shy of Ishikawa. is a Japanese professional golfer. Career Oda was born in Tagawa, Fukuoka. He turned professional in 2000. Oda won the 2008 Casio World Open and the 2009 Token Homemate Cup. He competed in the 2009 Open Championship at Turnberry, but failed to make the cut, finishing day two at 14 over par. He retained the Casio World Open in 2009 and the Token Homemate Cup in 2010.
