Kim Crosby (racing Driver)
Kim Crosby (born December 8, 1964) is an American stock car racing driver, professional driving instructor, and monster truck driver. She is a former competitor in the NASCAR Busch Series and the ARCA Re/Max Series. Career Before she became a NASCAR driver, she served as a middle school principal in Slidell, Louisiana, resigning in December 2004 to focus full-time on her racing career. Kim has a master's degree in Educational Administration. Crosby originally was a drag racer, competing in the NHRA and IHRA for fifteen years. She began oval racing in 2000 at the Buck Baker Driving School, where she graduated in the advanced class. She would later return to work at the school as an instructor at the school's satellites at Bristol Motor Speedway, Atlanta Motor Speedway, and Darlington Raceway. Atlanta Motor Speedway
Atlanta Motor Speedway (formerly known Atlanta International Raceway from 1960 to 1990) is a 1.54-mile entertainment facility in Hampton, Georgia, United States, 20 miles (32 km) south of Atlanta. It has annually hosted NASCAR Cup Series stock car races since its inauguration in 1960. The venue was bought by Speedway Motorsports in 1990. In 1994, 46 condominiums were built over the northeastern side of the track. In 1997, to standardize the track with Speedway Motorsports' other two intermediate ovals, the entire track was almost completely rebuilt. Rick Ware Racing (RWR) is an American motorsports team which currently competes in the NASCAR Cup Series, WeatherTech SportsCar Championship, and the NTT IndyCar Series. History The organizational roots of RWR date back to Ware & Sons Racing with Rick and his father John Ware competing in the SCCA Series. They raced under the banner "Ware & Sons" as early as the 1960s when Rick went go-kart racing. Once of legal driving age, Rick joined his father John Ware in the SCCA and IMSA Series. Boudreaux's Butt Paste is an American brand of skin cream that started out as a remedy for diaper rash. It has also been used for the treatment of various skin ailments including psoriasis, jock itch, shingles, chafing, cold sores and acne. Background The product was created in the 1970s by George Boudreaux of Covington, Louisiana, while he was working as an intern pharmacist. He continued to work on the formula after becoming a licensed pharmacist and sold it at his pharmacy, later naming it "Boudreaux's Butt Paste" after a physician told him a story about a patient who had referred to the product as such. Boudreaux began distributing the product more extensively after he sold his pharmacy in 1974. Manufacturing moved from Alabama to New Orleans in 2004.
