Kill the Drive ( he, קיל דה דרייב) is an Israeli four-piece punk rock band, formed in Haifa, Israel in 2005. The band started as a skate punk trio and gained their first recognition releasing their third album ''Lady Karma'' on Broken English Records, in 2012. History Formation and ''Roadkill'' (2005–2008) The band was formed in the summer of 2005, in Haifa, Israel, as a skate punk, skate/hardcore punk trio, with Eyal Reiner on lead vocals and bass, Yuval Segal on guitar, and Gideon Berger (younger brother of Useless ID's Ishay Berger) on drums and percussion, under the name Increase, though not long after formation, guitarist Yuval Segal decided to leave the band and was replaced with Lavy Josephson. Segal returned to the band not long after, and the band decided to stay as a four-piece with both Segal and Josephson on guitars. Haifa
Haifa ( he, חֵיפָה ' ; ar, حَيْفَا ') is the third-largest city in Israel—after Jerusalem and Tel Aviv—with a population of in . The city of Haifa forms part of the Haifa metropolitan area, the third-most populous metropolitan area in Israel. It is home to the Baháʼí Faith's Baháʼí World Centre, and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a destination for Baháʼí pilgrimage.
