Ramesh Rathod is an Indian politician from the state of Telangana, belonging to Bharatiya Janata Party from 2021. In the 2009 election he was elected as a Member of Parliament (MP) from Telugu Desam Party to the Lok Sabha from the Adilabad constituency of erstwhile Andhra Pradesh. The Telangana Legislative Assembly election was held in Telangana on 7 December 2018 to constitute the second Legislative Assembly since the formation of the state in 2014. The incumbent Telangana Rashtra Samithi, the Indian National Congress, BJP, Telangana Jana Samithi, and Telugu Desam Party were the main contestants in the election.
