Khan Al-Asal
Khan al-Assal ( ar, خان العسل, Ḵān al-ʿAsal) is a district of Aleppo city in northern Syria. It is administratively a sub-district of Aleppo, which is a part of the Mount Simeon District in the Aleppo Governorate. Khan al-Assal is located west-southwest of the center of Aleppo. The neighborhood is separated in a northern and a southern part by the Aleppo road to Idlib. The Aleppo-Damascus Highway is the village boundary in the south. A police academy is located southwest of Khan al-Assal. Al-Assad Military Academy is located east by north of Khan al-Assal. The village Kfar Da’el is located north by east of Khan al-Assal. 19th Division (Syrian Rebel Group)
The 19th Division ( ar, الفرقة 19) was a Syrian rebel group which fought in the Syrian Civil War. The group was created in June 2013 in the western countryside of the Aleppo Governorate as a part of a foreign-funded project to unify local Free Syrian Army-affiliated factions into bigger factions. History In September 2012, the Ansar Brigade ( ar, لواء الانصار, ''Liwa al-Ansar'') was formed as part of the Mutasim Billah Brigades in the western Aleppo countryside. KFAR is a commercial radio station programming news/talk in Fairbanks, Alaska, United States, broadcasting on 660 AM. Founded in 1939 by industrialist Austin E. Lathrop, KFAR is the oldest radio station in Fairbanks and one of the oldest in Alaska. M5 Motorway (Syria)
The ''M5 Motorway'' is the most important motorway in Syria due to its length and function as the country network's south-north backbone. It is known as the "International Road." It connects the border with Jordan in the south with Damascus, the country's political capital, and continues further north through Aleppo, the country's economic capital and second largest city, to the border with Turkey in the north.
