Keithy Simpson
Keithy Simpson (born 19 April 1990) is a Jamaican professional footballer. Career Youth and Amateur Simpson attended Donald Quarrie High School and Hydel High School in Jamaica and played club soccer for Sporting Central Academy before joining the youth academy of Canadian team Vancouver Whitecaps joining Jamaica youth national teammate Dever Orgill. He featured in matches against the youth academies of Eintracht Frankfurt and Leicester City at the XXIX Dallas Cup, and played in the USL Premier Development League with the Vancouver Whitecaps Residency team in 2009. He also traveled to Germany with the club and competed against the U-19 team of Hertha Berlin and others. The Vancouver Whitecaps were a Canadian professional soccer club based in Vancouver, British Columbia. Founded in 1986, the team played its final year in the second tier of the United States soccer pyramid in the NASL Conference of the USSF Division 2 Professional League coached by Teitur Thordarson. The 2017 CONCACAF Under-17 Championship was the 5th edition of the CONCACAF Under-17 Championship (18th edition if all eras included), the men's under-17 international football tournament organized by CONCACAF.
