Kees De Boer
Cornelis "Kees" Henricus Johannes de Boer (born 13 May 2000) is a Dutch professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Eerste Divisie club VVV-Venlo. Besides the Netherlands, he has played in Wales. Club career Swansea City De Boer played youth football for FC Volendam, Ajax and Swansea City. He made his professional debut for Swansea's first team in a 3–1 home win over Northampton Town at Liberty Stadium in the EFL Cup. De Boer replaced Yan Dhanda in the 90th minute. ADO Den Haag On 2 June 2020, De Boer signed a two-year contract with Eredivisie club ADO Den Haag, after his contract with Swansea had expired. He made his ADO league debut on 13 September 2020 in a 2–0 away loss to Heracles Almelo. Volendam
Volendam () is a fishing town in the municipality of Edam-Volendam, province of North Holland, Netherlands. As of 1 January 2021, it has a population of 22,715. It is twinned with Coventry, England. History Originally, Volendam was the location of the harbour of the nearby Edam, which was situated at the mouth of the IJ bay. In 1357, the inhabitants of Edam dug a shorter canal to the Zuiderzee with its own separate harbour. This removed the need for the original harbour, which was then dammed and used for land reclamation. Farmers and local fishermen settled there, forming the new community of Vollendam, which translates to 'Full dam'. In the early part of the 20th century Volendam became something of an artists' retreat, with both Picasso and Renoir spending time here. The 2021–22 Eerste Divisie, known as Keuken Kampioen Divisie for sponsorship reasons, will be the 66th season of Eerste Divisie since its establishment in 1956. 2020–21 Eredivisie
The 2020–21 Eredivisie was the 65th season of the Eredivisie since its establishment in 1955. The season began on 12 September 2020 and concluded on 16 May 2021. On 2 February 2021, the KNVB announced that effective immediately clubs would be allowed to make an extra substitution for suspected concussions as part of an IFAB sanctioned trial. This trial will allow teams to make up to six substitutions across four breaks in the match instead of five substitutions across three breaks in the match. Ajax, having won the title in 2018–19, were the title holders, since the 2019–20 edition was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic in the Netherlands after 25 matchdays and the title was not awarded. EFL Championship
The English Football League Championship (often referred to as the Championship for short or the Sky Bet Championship for sponsorship purposes) is the highest division of the English Football League (EFL) and second-highest overall in the English football league system, after the Premier League. The league is contested by 24 clubs. Introduced for the 2004–05 season as the Football League Championship the division was previously known as the Football League Second Division ( 1892– 1992) and Football League First Division ( 1992– 2004).
