Kategoria e Tretë is the fourth and lowest professional level of football in Albania. In the 2022−23 season Kategoria e Tretë has 13 teams participating, split in 2 groups. The winners of each group earn the right to be promoted to the Kategoria e Dytë and play a final match to determine the champions. The runners-up of each group qualify to the play-off round. KF Gramozi
KF Gramozi is an Albanian football club based in Ersekë in the Kolonjë District. History The club was founded in 1927 and competed in the lower divisions of Albanian football for much of its history. The club were crowned winners of the Albanian Second Division for the 2007–08 season, which led to their promotion to the Albanian First Division, the second tier. They were promoted to the Albanian Superliga for the first time at the end of the 2008–09 season, after beating Bylis Ballsh 5–2 in the playoff. The club achieved worldwide recognition in 2010 when they organised a friendly for the Taçi Oil Cup with Spanish giants Real Madrid in Tiranë. The game ended in a 2–1 win for Real Madrid despite there being a lengthy two-hour power outage at half time at the Qemal Stafa Stadium. Gramozi were relegated from Albania's top level at the end of the 2009/10 season, after finishing bottom and 16 points from safety with former international player Agim Canaj at the helm. KF Spartak Tirana
KF Spartak Tirana ( al, KF Spartaku Tiranë) is an Albanian football club based the capital city Tirana. They currently compete in the Kategoria e Tretë. History The club was founded in 1950 as the team of the trade unions. Spartak Tirana managed to play in the years 1954, 1955 and 1957 in the Kategoria Superiore. Due to the reorganisation of sports teams in 1959-1960, most of the best players of Spartak Tirana transferred to 17 Nëntori (today Sportklub Tirana). The club was dissolved in 1959, and was refounded in 2012. A group of people passionate about football and football history (Artan Vangjeli, Telman Perleka, Rezart Sejdini, Leonard Haroku, Gilbert Hysko) with the sponsorship of the IDS Company (run by Agron Shehaj and Fatmir Lamcja) formed the football team, which currently competes in the Kategoria e Tretë. Çorovodë
Çorovodë ( sq-definite, Çorovoda) is a town and a former municipality in Berat County, Albania. At the 2015 local government reform it became a subdivision and the seat of the municipality Skrapar. The population at the 2011 census was 4,051.2011 census results The name of the town derives from the Bulgarian word for "black water". It was the seat of the former Skrapar District. The river Osum passes through the city. Upstream it forms canyons and caves. The river provides opportunities for kayaking and other aquatic sport. Përmet (; sq-definite, Permeti) is a city and municipality in Gjirokastër County, southern Albania. The municipality of Përmet consists of the administrative units of Çarçovë, Frashër, Petran, Qendër Piskovë and Përmet. The total population is 10,614 (2011 census), in a total area of 602.47 km2. Klos Municipality
Klos ( sq-definite, Klosi) is a town and a municipality in Mat District, northern center Albania. It was formed at the 2015 local government reform by the merger of the former municipalities Gurrë, Klos, Suç and Xibër, that became municipal units. The seat of the municipality is the town Klos. The total population is 16,618 (2011 census), in a total area of 357.72 km2. The population of the former municipality at the 2011 census was 7,873.
