Kara-Suu
Kara-Suu () is a town in Osh Region, Kyrgyzstan, in the Fergana Valley. The town is 23 km northeast of Osh and is the capital of Kara-Suu District. Its population was 26,609 in 2021. It is a major industrial and trade center, on the border with Uzbekistan. On the other side of the border is the town Qorasuv (before 1991: ''Ilyichovsk''). After the dissolution of the Soviet Union, the Uzbek authorities destroyed the main bridge across the river, but cross-border trade continued via improvised ropeways that ferried goods and people across. Leylek ( ky, Лейлек району, Leylek rayonu) is a district of Batken Region in south-western Kyrgyzstan. It borders with Batken District in the east, and Tajikistan in the south, west, and north. Jayyl District
Jayyl (; called ''Kalinin District'' until May 1993) is a district of Chüy Region in northern Kyrgyzstan. Its area is , and its resident population was 112,211 in 2021. The administrative seat lies at Kara-Balta. It also administers an exclave in the southwestern heel of Chüy Region (the Suusamyr Valley, not on map at right), separated from the rest of the Jayyl District by the Panfilov District. Aksy District
Aksy ( ky, Аксы району) is a Districts of Kyrgyzstan, district of Jalal-Abad Region in western Kyrgyzstan. The seat lies at Kerben, Kyrgyzstan, Kerben. Its area is , and its resident population was 137,103 in 2021. History Aksy District was established in 1936 as Tash-Kömür District. In 1943, when Tash-Kömür was given city status, the district was renamed Jangy-Jol District, and the administrative seat was moved to the village Jangy-Jol, Aksy, Jangy-Jol. It absorbed the Kerben District in 1958 (seat moved to Kerben, Kyrgyzstan, Kerben), and Ala-Buka District, Ala-Buka and Chatkal Districts in 1963.
