Kara-Suu (Aksy)
The Kara-Suu ( ky, Кара-Суу) or ( ky, Карасуу) is a right tributary of the Naryn in Aksy District, Jalal-Abad Region, Kyrgyzstan. The river source is in the Chatkal Range, western Tian Shan mountains. It flows through the villages Chaldybar and Jangy-Jol. The river discharges into the Naryn north of Tash-Kömür. Naryn (river)
The Naryn ( ky, Нарын, uz, Norin) rises in the Tian Shan mountains in Kyrgyzstan, Central Asia, flowing west through the Fergana Valley into Uzbekistan. Here it merges with the Kara Darya (near Namangan) to form the Syr Darya. It is long (together with its upper course Chong-Naryn) and its basin area is . It has an annual flow of . The river contains many reservoirs which are important in the generation of hydroelectricity. The largest of these is the Toktogul Reservoir in Kyrgyzstan containing of water. Aksy District
Aksy ( ky, Аксы району) is a Districts of Kyrgyzstan, district of Jalal-Abad Region in western Kyrgyzstan. The seat lies at Kerben, Kyrgyzstan, Kerben. Its area is , and its resident population was 137,103 in 2021. History Aksy District was established in 1936 as Tash-Kömür District. Jalal-Abad Region
Jalal-Abad Region ( ky, Жалал-Абад облусу, Jalal-Abad oblusu; russian: Джалал-Абадская область, Dzhalal-Abadskaya oblast) is a region (''oblast'') of Kyrgyzstan. Its capital is the city of the same name, Jalal-Abad. It is surrounded by (clockwise from the north) Talas Region, Chüy Region, Naryn Region, Osh Region, and Uzbekistan. Chatkal Range is a range in the Western Tian Shan that borders Ferghana Valley from northwest. The length of the range is 225 km, and it is up to 30 km wide. Tash-Kömür (, russian: Таш-Кумыр ''Tash-Kumyr'') is one of the five largest towns of Jalal-Abad Region in Southern Kyrgyzstan. It is a city of regional significance, not part of a district.
