Kamal Ahmed (music Director)
Kamal Ahmed (20 April 1937 – 6 June 1993), was a Pakistani film music director. He has the second-highest number of film scores of more than 100 Urdu movies, after M. Ashraf who did more than 250 Urdu movies as a music director. Kamal won 6 Best Musician Nigar Awards during his long film career. Early life Kamal Ahmad was born in Gurgaon, Uttar Pradesh, British India on April 20, 1937. Career Kamal's debut film as a music director was ''Nadira'' (1967). In this movie, he composed music along with his music teacher Rehman Verma. He got his first breakthrough with the movie ''Rangeela'' (1970) in which his composed song, "Ga More Munwa Gaata Ja Re" became popular. Mohammad Saeed Khan (1 January 1937 ā 24 May 2005), better known as Rangeela, was a Pakistani Lollywood actor, singer and director. He is regarded as one of the finest comedians of the Pakistani film industry. He performed in over 300 films in his career spanning over 4 decades. Early life and career His birth name was Mohammad Saeed Khan and he was born in Nangarhar Province, Afghanistan. His family moved to Peshawar, Pakistan when he was very young. Naheed Akhtar (also spelled Nahid Akhtar) is a Pakistani playback singer. She is tagged as the "''Nightingale of Pakistan''". Akhlaq Ahmed ( ur, ; 10 January 1946 – 4 August 1999) was a Pakistani film playback singer and still considered one of the leading voices of the film industry. Early life and career He was born in Delhi in 1946 and started as a stage singer in the 1960s in Karachi, when he was a member of a famous singing group with two other artists, Masood Rana and Nadeem. Akhlaq Ahmad was the third generation of male playback singers in the Pakistan film industry. He struggled for many years, but gained some recognition in the 1970s as a playback singer. "Sona Na Chandi Na Koi Mahal" film song in film ''Bandish'' (1980), and "Sawan Aye Sawan Jaye" in film ''Chahat'' (1974), are his big hit film songs. Tassawar Khanum (born 1950) is a Pakistani Ghazal and playback film singer. She is mostly known for singing in Urdu and Punjabi in Pakistani films and television during the 1970s and 1980s.
