Kaiju Funsen–Daigoro Tai Goriasu
is a 1972 Japanese tokusatsu ''kaiju'' film directed and written by Toshihiro Iijima, with special effects by Jun Oki and Minoru Nakano. Co-produced by Tsuburaya Productions and Toho Studios, the film stars Hiroshi Inuzuka and Akiji Kobayashi. Plot Daigoro is a monster who was orphaned after the military used intercontinental missiles to kill his mother while she tried to protect him. Only one man stood against that decision. He pitied the infant, and took it as his own and raised him in Japan. But Daigoro grew too large and too expensive to feed. The man made Daigoro an icon for a business. Elsewhere Goliath, a monster who had been trapped in an asteroid for a long time, went to Earth and battled Daigoro. Goliath eventually defeated Daigoro by striking him with lightning from his horn. Toshihiro Iijima
, also known by the names ,PERFECT MOOK vol.10 Ultraman A Kodansha Kodansha Series MOOK, November 25, 2020. ISBN 978-4-06-520932-5 and , was a Japanese film and television director, producer, and screenwriter. Early life Iijima was born on September 3, 1932, in Tokyo Prefecture. After graduating from Tokyo Metropolitan Koishikawa Secondary Education School, he entered the Faculty of Letters at Keio University because he was interested in the playwright Michio Kato. At that time, Kato was teaching at the Department of Japanese Literature, Faculty of Letters at the university, but committed suicide the next year. He chose the Department of English because he lost the significance of advancing to the Department of Japanese Literature. Hiroshi Inuzuka
(born 23 March 1929, Tokyo) is a Japanese actor, comedian and bassist. Inuzuka is one of the members of the Crazy Cats. His first starring role in the film was in ''Suteki na Konban wa'' directed by Yoshitarō Nomura and played the leading roles in six films in his acting career. Inuzuka announced his retirement as an actor and made his final appearance in ''Labyrinth of Cinema'' directed by Nobuhiko Obayashi in 2019. Since then, he has been retired in Atami. is a Japanese media genre that focuses on stories involving giant monsters. The word ''kaiju'' can also refer to the giant monsters themselves, which are usually depicted attacking major cities and battling either the military or other monsters. Akiji Kobayashi
, sometimes credited as Shōji Kobayashi, was a Japanese actor. He attended Nihon University College of Art, but withdrew before completing his degree and joined the Haiyuza Theatre Company in 1949. He made his film debut with ''Satsujin Yogisha'' in 1952. Hajime Tsuburaya
was a Japanese film and television director, producer, and cinematographer. The eldest son of Eiji Tsuburaya, he began his career on the 1954 film, ''Godzilla (1954 film), Godzilla'' and its sequel, ''Godzilla Raids Again'' as an assistant special effects cinematographer. Early career In 1959, Tsuburaya joined TBS Television (Japan), TBS Television as a production director. Tsuburaya Productions In 1970, Tsuburaya left TBS Television (Japan), TBS due to the death of his father and became president of Tsuburaya Productions. Having financial difficulties, the company was in a critical business situation. Declaring he couldn't serve as president and director at the same time, he became a producer. As a producer in 1970, he produced ''Ultra Fight''. Kazuya Kosaka
was a Japanese singer and actor. Biography He was born in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, Tokyo. He attended Seijo Gakuen High School, out of which he dropped out. Kosaka was a classmate and close friend of Tsutomu Hata, a former member of the House of Representatives. He was affiliated with ''Takeuchi Jimusho'', ''Rokugatsu Gekijo'', and '' Guranpapapurodakushon''. He didn't use any art name or pseudonym. Kosaka was active as a singer.
