Stephens Media Group is an Oklahoma based radio broadcaster that owns 75 radio stations particularly in small to mid-size markets. Its flagship stations are at its headquarters in Tulsa. Stephens refers to itself as "A portfolio of People", referencing the team members who work for the company. History Stephens Media started with stations around Tulsa, Oklahoma, before expanding to small markets outside of there. KYOS (1480 AM) is a commercial radio station in Merced, California. The station is owned by the Stephens Media Group, through a subsidiary, SMG-Merced, LLC. KYOS airs a talk radio format on weekdays and plays oldies music on weekends. On February 29, 2016, KYOS was granted an FCC construction permit to move to a new site, decrease day power to 4,300 watts and decrease night power to 75 watts. Mount Bullion (formerly, Princeton and La Mineta) is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) in Mariposa County, California, United States. As of the 2020 United States census, it had a population of 154. A post office operated at Mount Bullion from 1862 to 1955, with a closure for a period during 1887. The place was first named "La Mineta" (for "little mine"). Then it was called "Princeton" for the Princeton Mine nearby.
