The Federal Land Development Authority (Felda; ms, Lembaga Kemajuan Tanah Persekutuan. Perlis, ( Northern Malay: ''Peghelih''), also known by its honorific title Perlis Indera Kayangan, is the smallest state in Malaysia by area and population.
