Jürgen Stars (born 24 June 1948) is a German former professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper in the Bundesliga and the North American Soccer League. Career Stars began his professional career in 1967 in his hometown, with 1. FC Phönix Lübeck in the Regionalliga Nord. Helmuth Johannsen
Helmuth Johannsen (27 February 1920 – 3 November 1998) was a German professional football player and manager. Johannsen played for St. Pauli, a club which he also served as vice-president for a year from 1987 to 1988, but a war injury forced him to give up his playing career early. After World War II he went on to become a manager, most notably leading Eintracht Braunschweig to a surprising Bundesliga championship in 1966–67. Ivan "Iko" Buljan (born 11 December 1949) is Croatian sport manager and a former Yugoslavian footballer, who played as a defender. He was a member of the Yugoslavia squad at the 1974 FIFA World Cup and UEFA Euro 1976. Playing career Buljan was born in Runovići village near Imotski. Ethnically Croatian, he was capped for the Yugoslavia national team 36 times. He reached the European Cup final 1979–80 with Hamburger SV where the club ultimately lost to Nottingham Forest. He is also known by his nickname ''Iko''. Buljan started his career with local club NK Mračaj before moving to the first-league team Hajduk Split in 1967. Joseph Kevin Keegan (born 14 February 1951) is an English former footballer and manager. A forward, he played for several professional clubs from 1968 to 1984. Having begun his career at Scunthorpe United, he moved to Liverpool in 1971 and then to Hamburger SV in 1977, enjoying great success at both clubs. The 1983 NASL Grand Prix of Indoor Soccer was an indoor soccer tournament staged by four franchises of the North American Soccer League. Overview The NASL franchises from Fort Lauderdale, Tampa Bay, Montreal, and Tulsa opted to play the Grand Prix in early 1983 as a makeshift indoor season, because for various reasons, the eight other NASL clubs had chosen to forego playing a full 1982–83 NASL indoor season. Three of those eight teams (Chicago, Golden Bay and San Diego) had joined the Major Indoor Soccer League for 1982-83 season, while the remaining five squads chose to sit out winter indoor play completely. Indoor soccer or arena soccer (known internationally as indoor football, fast football, or showball) is five-a-side version of minifootball, derived from association football and adapted to be played in walled hardcourt indoor arena. 1981–82 NASL Indoor Season
The 1981–82 season was the North American Soccer League's third indoor soccer season. Overview Thirteen of a possible 14 NASL teams participated. Fort Lauderdale was the only non-participant in the 18-game regular season. The Los Angeles Aztecs and the Minnesota Kicks had been scheduled to participate but were unable to do so, due to mounting financial issues. By early December both teams had folded. Other changes in the indoor structure included the separating of the teams into two conferences, each with two divisions. The Atlantic Conference contained the East and Central Divisions, while the Pacific Conference held the West and Northwest Divisions. The UEFA Cup Winners' Cup was a European football club competition contested annually by the winners of domestic cup competitions. The cup was, chronologically, the second seasonal inter-European club competition organised by UEFA.
