''Juvenile Court'' is a 1938 American crime film directed by D. Ross Lederman. Plot Gary Franklin is a public defender and is frustrated that isn't able to save Dutch Adams from execution. He tried to blame the environment Adams grew up in as the reason for his criminal activity. Adams's sister, Marcia, tries to get the public funds to provide recreational places for impoverished neighborhood. Richard Selzer (actor)
Allen Richard Selzer (June 24, 1928 – June 15, 2016) was an American surgeon and author. Biography He was born in Troy, New York, and raised there. His father was Julius Louis Selzer, a general practitioner who practiced from the ground floor of the family home at Fifth Avenue in Troy. His mother, Gertrude Schneider Selzer, was an amateur singer who performed in local productions of musicals and opera. Richard Selzer graduated from Union College in 1948, with a B.S. and received his M.D. from Albany Medical College in 1953. He served in the Army for two years as a lieutenant in charge of a medical detachment. In 1960, following a surgical internship and residency at Yale University, he joined the faculty of Yale as a professor of surgery, where he remained until his retirement in 1985. Charles Hart (bap. 1625 – 18 August 1683) was a prominent British Restoration actor. A Charles Hart was christened on 11 December 1625, in the parish of St. Giles Cripplegate, in London. It is not absolutely certain that this was the actor, though the name was not common at the time.. He was most likely the son of William Hart, a minor actor with the King's Men. Hart began his career as a boy player with the King's Men; he was an apprentice of Richard Robinson, longtime member of that company. Hart established his reputation by playing the role of the Duchess in ''The Cardinal,'' the tragedy by James Shirley, in 1641. David Gorcey (February 6, 1921 – October 23, 1984) was an American actor and the younger brother of actor Leo Gorcey. Gorcey is best known for portraying "Chuck Anderson" in Monogram Pictures' film series The Bowery Boys, and "Pee Wee" in its antecedent The East Side Kids.
