''Justice with Judge Jeanine'' was a Fox News legal and current events program hosted by former district attorney and judge Jeanine Pirro. The show aired live on Saturdays at 9 pm Eastern Time. The show presents Pirro's legal insights on the news of the week leading up to the show, high-profile cases and other recent news, trends and issues within the scope of politics, crime, and justice. The show premiered on January 1, 2011. On March 9, 2019, Pirro was suspended amid heavy criticism after claiming U.S. Representative Ilhan Omar's hijab may be "antithetical to the Constitution". Jeanine Ferris Pirro (born June 2, 1951) is an American television host, author, and a former New York (state), New York State judge, prosecutor, and politician. Pirro was the host of Fox News Channel's ''Justice with Judge Jeanine'' until 2022 when she became a co-host of ''The Five (talk show), The Five''. She was a frequent contributor to NBC News, including regular appearances on ''The Today Show''. She was also the first female judge elected in Westchester County, New York. Pirro was elected the first female district attorney of Westchester County. As district attorney, Pirro gained visibility in cases of domestic abuse and crimes against the elderly.
